Can I send my luggage ahead to the hotel?
We can accept luggage arriving on the same day as your arrival (cash on delivery/no frozen or refrigerated items).
Please inform the hotel in advance by writing the date of arrival, the name of the guest, and a telephone number where the guest can be reached on the day of arrival on the delivery slip. We will not be able to accept any luggage without a confirmed reservation. In the case of arrival before the day for the guest's own arrival or the case of large volumes of luggage, we may consult with you about a separate storage fee or refuse to accept the luggage.
Can I leave my luggage after checking out?
We can hold your luggage until the night of the same day. Please bring it to the front desk on the 2nd floor.
If you have a reservation to check in with us again later in your trip, we may be able to hold your luggage until you return after confirming the length of time and volume of luggage.
Can I send my luggage on from your hotel?
There are courier shipping slips available at the hotel. Please fill one out and bring it to the front desk (fees apply).
Several types of cardboard box are also available (fees apply).
What time is check-in? Can I get into my room early?
Check-in starts from 15:00. If you wish to use a room before this time, one can be provided for 1,200 yen per hour (tax included), provided that there is a room available. The final check-in time is 25:00.
What time is check-out? Can I get an extension?
Check-out is by 10:00. If you wish to use a room after this time, you may do so, and will be charged 1,200 yen (tax included) per room per hour. After 1:00 p.m., you will be charged for one night's stay.
I left something in my room. What should I do?
We will keep any personal items found in the rooms for 2 weeks from your check-out date. Please contact the hotel in person.Food and beverages will be stored for two days and then discarded. Opened food and beverages and those deemed difficult to store due to sanitary conditions will be discarded immediately.
Can the air conditioning in the guest rooms be switched between cooling and heating?
Air conditioning in each room can provide cooling or heating, be individually switched on and off, and the temperature can be also be adjusted. Out of concern for the environment, please refrain from excessive use of air conditioning.
What are the room sizes and bed sizes?
・double room -1: 13 sqm、bed size: 140cm wide / 200cm long
・double room -2: 15 sqm, bed size: 160cm wide / 200cm long
・Twin room: 16.5 sqm, bed size: 120cm wide / 200cm long (2 beds)

Can I smoke in my room?
All guest rooms are non-smoking (including electric cigarettes). If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking booth on the lobby floor.
Please tell me about the storage of valuables.
There is no in-room safe. Please do not leave valuables when you leave your room. If you wish to store your valuables in the safe at the front desk, please bring them to the front desk.
What amenities and equipment are available in the guest rooms?
Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, disposable slippers, and mineral water are provided in the rooms.
Gowns and amenities such as toothbrushes and cotton swabs are available at the front desk. Please only take the products and quantities you will use during your stay. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to help conserve limited resources.

What kind of loaner items are available?
Hair dryer/iron, hanger-type deodorizer, massage cushion, humidifier, clothes iron, cell phone charger, and other items are available for loan. Please confirm with the front desk before coming to collect them, as quantities are limited and cannot be reserved in advance.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is free of charge in all guest rooms and the lobby.
We reserve the right to block connections in case of excessive capacity or content.

Facilities & Equipment

Is there a curfew?
The first floor entrance door is locked at 25:00. Please hold your key card over the sensor on the intercom to enter the building.
Guests who do not have a key card can contact the front desk via the intercom.
Are there vending machines or ice machines?
Ice machines are available on the 2nd floor, and vending machines are available on the 2nd floor (with alcohol) and 3rd floor.
Are there any convenience stores nearby?
There is not a convenience store in the building. There is a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart about 2 minutes away on foot.
Is there a laundromat?
Laundry is available on the 1st floor. Washing machine: 300 yen per load, dryer: 100 yen per 30 minutes.
If you wish to have your laundry cleaned (cold water wash only), you can collect a slip and laundry bag at the front desk. Please bring the slip and laundry bag to the front desk by 10:00 a.m. on the day you wish the laundry to be done. It will finished by 6:00 p.m. on the same day.

Access / Transportation

Is it possible to have a pick-up service or a cab called for me?
Pick-up and drop-off services are not provided.
Cabs are available at the front desk. Please inform the staff of your desired time.
Is there parking available?
The hotel does not have a parking lot. Please use coin-operated parking lots in the vicinity. Information on locations is available at the front desk.
For guests with heavy luggage or walking difficulties, please contact the hotel for guidance on walking routes from Nagoya Station that do not involve stairs.

Accommodation with children

What are the rates for young children sharing with parents?
Up to 1 preschool child per room bed is free of charge when sleeping with a parent.
For preschool children sharing with a parent in excess of the number of room beds, a fee of 1,500 yen (tax included) will be charged per child (subject to room capacity and other restrictions; please contact the hotel for details).
Do you have loaner baby items?
Please contact us in advance to inquire about the availability of cribs, bed guards, and baby pillows, as they are limited and may not be available in some room types.
Wipes, additive-free body soap, and garbage bags are also available. Please feel free to ask for them as required.
Can minors stay at the hotel alone?
If a minor (under 18 years of age) is staying alone, a parent or guardian's consent is required in accordance with guidance from the relevant authorities. We will ask you to submit a consent form when you check in. If you do not submit said form then you may be unable to stay at the hotel.

Is there wheelchair access?
Universal rooms are available (bathrooms, toilets, etc. are also specially designed).
The entrance and elevator can be used from the street with no steps on the way.
There is also a universal restroom in the lobby which is available for use by all guests.

Can I exchange foreign currency?
Foreign currency exchange is not available at the front desk, but foreign currency exchange machines are placed in the lobby.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, JCB, UC, and UnionPay.
Can I use e-money or QR code payment?
We accept PayPay, Edy, ID, and various types of transportation-related electronic money.
Do you have cancellation fees?
The following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Accommodation.
Up until day before stay: Free of charge
On the day of stay: 100% of room charge
No notice on the day of stay: 100% of room charge
(Any regulations of the accommodation/travel product that you used to make the reservation will take precedence.)
